Mandatory: `````````````````` * A 10+ years project management professional with strong familiarity with business registration management systems, processes and legislation; * Experience working in the OPS environment; * Familiarity and practical experience with OPS governance bodies; * Familiarity with ServiceOntario mandate, goals and objectives; * Experience working with solutions vendors including COTS.   Desirables/Rated Requirements: `````````````````````````````````````````````````` * Fully experienced and trained in senior program and project management activities including all deliverables for OPS gating, preparation and management of the integrated project plan and all its components, budget planning and analysis, management presentations, experiences with government review bodies such as Architecture Core Team (ACT) and Architecture Review Board (ARB), status reporting, etc.; * Experience in the management of business organizational change activities such as training, labour relations, human resources change, transition strategy & implementation, and communications; * Experience in managing a large number of multi-disciplinary teams and processes; * Fully familiar with the architectural concepts including coordination of OPS checkpoints; * Strong communications and negotiation skills in a complex environment involving OPS staff, COTS vendors, contract resources, in a change environment. .aym6{position:absolute;clip:rect(397px,auto,auto,397px);} Apply here short term loans online
