A well funded start up is looking for two full-time web developers. These are fabulous ground floor opportunities We need someone that can excel at organizing content, troubleshooting... basically; you need to be quick in all things web based, and eager to understand our clients and our management's needs. You will be part of a small team of skilled people that include a brand designer, a project manager a customer support person and a few other key people. Your toolbox should include the following: • Mad HTML & CSS skills • 5 years demonstrated development experience with hand-coding advanced HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, Valid CSS, and JavaScript (lamp, ruby... it's all good) • 2 years of experience with any CMS systems • Experience in working within a team environment • You are a cross-browser master and understand current web standards • Database experience • Mobile UI experience In addition to your computer skills, you should know how to befriend a co-worker and work in an environment that is both relaxed and cooperative. We encourage continued learning and sharing of ideas in a collaborative workspace - so the following skills are equally important: • An excellent ability to deal with people at all levels and build trust and confidence with management and employees. • Organized coder - samples of your previous work are required in your application.
