Key Responsibilities Defines and tracks project scope, plan, budget and quality in collaboration with management and stakeholders; Responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of the project work environment; Responsible for assembling project plan and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews and escalating functional, quality, resource and timeline issues appropriately; Coordinates change management within the project team and for users impacted by project implementation; Responsible for tracking milestones and adjusting project plans and resources to meet the needs of the project; Utilize Revera project management processes and methodologies to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget and adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations; Effective communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion, provide monthly project updates using agreed upon reporting template to clearly articulate the status of the project; Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work; Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project; Conduct project post-implementation reviews including recommendations for future projects; Analyze and review business processes and solutions throughout the project duration to ensure alignment to business policies. .aioe{position:absolute;clip:rect(471px,auto,auto,471px);} Apply here payday loans

Qualifications Minimum of five (5) or more years leading large projects with the following characteristics: Projects were enterprise wide, impacting more than 100 people with a budget greater than $100K; Projects crossed multiple departments; Projects had both an application and technology component; Projects required close management of vendors, business and IT teams; The Project Manager routinely prepared materials and presented to senior executives; The Project Manager managed the full end-to-end project deliverable; Experience as a Project Manager for acquisitions, managing both the technical and application components; Experience as a Project Manager for selection and implementation of enterprise scale systems; Strong knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques; Extensive experience working with senior stakeholders on project definition and status updates; Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently; Ability to read and respond to varying communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines; Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management and other departments; Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products; Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. .aioe{position:absolute;clip:rect(471px,auto,auto,471px);} Apply here payday loans
