Main Duties:
1. Manage entire sourcing process and approve all team decisions
2. Manage team of sourcing coordinators
3. Maintain and update production calendar for all commodities
4. Upkeep company standards with regards to quality and timeline
5. Source new vendors on an ongoing basis and troubleshoot with existing factories on price, delivery and quality
Criteria:
1. 10 years of experience in imports in the needletrade
2. Strong English communications skills, Mandarin would be considered an asset
3. Strong knowledge of Excel a MUST
4. Strong fabric knowledge a MUST
