DUTIES: The successful candidate will help determine the business and infrastructure requirements of various departments and schools at CNAQ. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Windows Server operating system administration, Microsoft System Center Suite, HP NNM, Cisco hardware/software, as well as a firm understanding of ITIL based Service Management. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated individual who can work independently and possess strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and organizational skills together with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
