Length: Approximate 207 workdays Respond By: March 16, 2012 Responsibilities & Deliverables: * The Programmer/Developer is responsible for developing and documenting a solution that meets all of the client's business requirements (which will be provided by the project and validated by the Programmer/Developer) using Oracle eBusiness Suite Release 12 including configuration, code creation, unit testing, script creation and user validation: ~ Develop an Integration Plan for Oracle with case management, document management and reporting sub-systems; ~ Build, test and document systems integration and system interfaces/adapters/scripts to successfully integrate the Finance system with Case Management, Business Intelligence (BI)/Reporting and Document Management systems; ~ Build and test Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions for Oracle interfaces; ~ Build and test Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, Integration for Oracle interfaces; ~ Enterprise Architecture Checkpoints 2 & 3; ~ Design Specification document; ~ Build functionality using the Oracle eBusiness Suite software to support the client's financial requirements and functionalities to include, but not limited to: - Manage the funding framework, track available allocations, capture payments and required recoveries, track approvals, track the status of the payments both to and from the client, capture different sources of funding, generate quarterly reporting of data, support year-end reconciliation reporting, create ad hoc reports; ~ Develop and deliver the following Checkpoint 2 and Checkpoint 3 artefacts to support the client's Enterprise Architecture approval process, and meet client's quality standards for these artefacts: - Checkpoint 2 Mandatory artefacts include: Logical Data Model (LDM) System Use Case Model and Use-Case, Specification, System Functional Requirements, Solution Pattern Match, Supplemental Specifications, Logical Application Design Document Logical Application Design Model (UML) and SOA Application Service Model, Logical Application Deployment Model, Business process maps; - Checkpoint 3 Mandatory artefacts include: Physical Data Model (PDM) Physical Application Design Document/Physical, Application Design Model and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Application Service Model, Physical Application Deployment Model, Operating Schedule, Sequence Diagram, Application Inventory, Application Implementation Document; ~ The Programmer/Developer must use software standards and tools and templates currently used by the client (e.g. PowerDesigner, IBM Rationale Suite, MS Excel/Word; Visio etc.); * Provide integration, development, and implementation of Oracle eBusiness Suite software with existing systems and application within the scope of the project; * Fully participate in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools including the use of information retrieval packages using query languages and in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies; * Provide guidance and expertise with relational and hierarchical database technologies including middleware and gateways if applicable with other existing applications; * Provide regular weekly status updates to project managers on progress and ensure that that risk/issues are identified; * Manage delivery in middleware software installation, configuration, tuning and administration, as well as application development; * Liaise with the project team, potential cross-organizations partners and stakeholders; * Ensure project deliverables and milestones are completed within the approved project schedule; * Consult with and advise project team and senior management on architecture solutions, and business best-practices; * Provide regular weekly status updates to project managers on progress and ensure that that risk/issues are identified; * Conduct knowledge transfer to designated client's staff. .auf{position:absolute;clip:rect(475px,auto,auto,475px);} small payday loans and secure !
Mandatory: * 10+ years in Programmer/Developer role and have sound experience as described under the Responsibilities & Deliverables section; * Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite; * Knowledge of multiple Software Development Life Cycles; * Proven experience in application design, development and systems testing; * Proven experience in business process and data flow requirements mapping; * Experience in designing, developing, testing and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) compliant web-based systems; * Experience in development of business strategies and feasibility studies, Fit/Gap and cost/benefit analysis, business and functional requirements document; * Project management expertise and related experience with all phases of the project lifecycle; * Experience with business methodologies, tools and research techniques; * Experience developing business and logical models; * Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis; * Experience with needs assessment/requirements analysis; * Knowledge of data sampling and collection methods (e.g. surveys, questionnaires) management, analysis and reporting; * Experience with the OPS Enterprise Architecture and/or Zachman framework. Desirables: * Experience working in Social Services or Child Welfare sectors; * Working knowledge or experience with the OPS; * Knowledge in public sector structure and policies, including relevant public policy objectives, principles and constraints. Organizational culture/unionized public sector environment and application of relevant legislation and policies (e.g. Conflict of Interest, FIPPA); * Experience using PowerDesigner to develop architecture artefacts; * Experience using IBM Rational Suite for code management; * Experience with other industry software tools, techniques and best practices related to financial application development, customization, enhancements and integration activities. .auf{position:absolute;clip:rect(475px,auto,auto,475px);} small payday loans and secure !
