QUALIFICATION - Must have at least 3+ years experience in Quality Assurance in high availability large-scale distributed applications - Be fully competent in the design, implementation, and maintenance of a test environment, including necessary equipment, configuration, and software. Demonstrate skill with developing appropriate test methodologies. Fully competent in the use of necessary tools and applications. - Provide solutions for wide range of complex problems. Independently determine and develop solutions with limited supervision. - Demonstrated passion for exploring new technologies - Interpret information gathered from the system designers and programmers and prepare appropriate test scenarios to simulate use cases and boundary conditions. - Be agile about testing by focus on the highest yield tests providing the most functional coverage to minimize risk. - Must have proven expertise with developing and executing quality assurance test plans, test scripts and checklists - Will work closely with the members of the Development Team and Business Groups to review the designs of systems, implement test plans, and test the quality of software products, resolve production issues. - Dynamic, personable, action and results oriented - Self-motivated learner and creative thinker - Team player, listener and proactive by nature - Poker knowledge is a definite asset TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS - 3+years of automation development experience in Java/Java EE including expertise in some of the following: JUnit, Grinder. - Experience with load generation and performance measurement tools, code coverage analysis and testing methodologies. - Web programming experience: Flex, HTML, CSS, Application Servers ; - Programming languages knowledge: Java/Java EE, C/C++, C#, Perl/Python Scripting, - Understanding of LUA is a definite asset. - Understanding of Relational Databases - Excellent analytical skills and commitment to continuous improvement; - Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system;    Caesars Entertainment is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
