Length: Approximate 244 workdays Respond By: March 16, 2012 Responsibilities & Deliverables: * Review, validate and confirm the requirements analysis, fit/gap analysis, initial issue identification, and scope definition using the Fit/Gap assessment report of the finance business requirements for the client that were completed, by validating/ confirming which business requirements can be met with existing Out of the Box functionalities of Oracle eBusiness Suite Release 12 software, and which need to be configured, customized etc.; * Advise and document any gaps, issues and risks and provide a report with recommendations/best practices on how to proceed to complete the project successfully in meeting all client's financial business requirements using Oracle eBusiness Suite Release 12; Report to include detailed information on requirements/ functionalities and related work effort to complete configuration, customization, extension, integration of the Oracle software to meet the requirements; * Complete the analysis of the finance functional and non-functional requirements and develop a plan to design, develop and test the financial application (The functional and non-functional requirements will be provided by the client); Identify and confirm technical training requirements for client's designated staff and develop and document the technical training materials manually and electronically; * Complete all Systems Use Cases as required; * Finalize outstanding business and systems requirements with client for the delivery of the project solution; * Support the assessment of functional and non-functional requirements and logical application design; * Provide support for creation of ad hoc reports required during the term of the project; * Liaise with the project team, potential cross-organization partners and stakeholders; * Ensure project deliverables and milestones are completed within the approved project schedule; * Analyze risk and prepare impact assessment based on structured methodologies for systems design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications; * Provide regular weekly status updates to project managers on progress and ensure that that risk/issues are identified; * Conduct knowledge transfer to designated client's staff. .auf{position:absolute;clip:rect(475px,auto,auto,475px);} small payday loans and secure !

Mandatory: * 5 to 9 years in Systems Analyst role and have sound experience as described under the Responsibilities & Deliverables section; * Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite; * Knowledge of multiple Software Development Life Cycles; * Proven experience in application design, development and systems testing; * Proven experience in business process and data flow requirements mapping; * Experience in designing, developing, testing and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) compliant web-based systems; * Experience in development of business strategies and feasibility studies, Fit/Gap and cost/benefit analysis, business and functional requirements document; * Project management expertise and related experience with all phases of the project lifecycle; * Experience with business methodologies, tools and research techniques; * Experience developing business and logical models; * Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis; * Experience with needs assessment/requirements analysis; * Knowledge of data sampling and collection methods (e.g. surveys, questionnaires) management, analysis and reporting; * Experience with the OPS Enterprise Architecture and/or Zachman framework. Desirables: * Experience working in Social Services or Child Welfare sectors; * Working knowledge or experience with the OPS; * Knowledge in public sector structure and policies, including relevant public policy objectives, principles and constraints.
