Clear career path the ultimate goal of being a designated consultant Overview: Successful applicants will be joining the Managed Service team offering a central point of contact to multiple organizations internationally. The MS team is dedicated to service excellence by working with internal and external support groups, providing front line support, remote assistance and call management. Responsibilities: ? Provides frontline technical support of the CommVault Simpana suite of data protection applications, Level 1 ? Diagnose and troubleshoot customer environmental technical issues ? Escalate and route calls to external support groups as appropriate ? Follows-up on outstanding incidents and escalations Qualifications: Technical degree or diploma and/or equivalent business experience ? 2 ? 3 years of combined call center and IT experience ? Bilingual English/French support is required for: ? Strong analytical and phone communication ? Excellent customer service, and problem solving skills a must ? Strong support knowledge of Server hardware, Microsoft operating systems, and Network trouble shooting ? Technical experience in any of the following areas is a plus: ? MS Exchange and Lotus Notes ? Unix systems administration ? Novell administration ? SAN/NAS ? Data Management or Backup software ? DB applications such as SQL, Oracle, Informix. ? Team player qualities: integrity, accountability, adaptability and motivated ?
