Respond by: October 12, 2011 Length: 80 workdays Responsibilities/Deliverables: Scope: * The Consultant would provide organizations with a self-serve on-line tool that will make it easier for organizations to understand which and how compliance requirements apply to them, and corresponding reporting timelines if applicable using the Compliance Wizard Tool; * The Consultant will design a workable prototype that is instrumental in refining and clarifying the business requirements for Compliance Wizard?s development and implementation, leading to increased quality and fit of use for delivered technological solution. The Consultant will design the Compliance Wizard that is envisioned to be WCAG 2.0 AA accessible by all obligated organizations and be used by key stakeholders. Detail: * Work with the Client to design and build additional functionalities to the existing e-Advisory Compliance Wizard tool by determining the feasibility of incorporating Java Script and AJAX into the application while ensuring accessibility standards are met; * Design and build the Input and Output Graphical User Interface as the presentation layer and a dynamic survey module based on configurable business rules for the e-Advisor Compliance Wizard Tool with links (url) to other Client's websites; * Apply user centric and user interaction design principles to ensure e-Advisory Compliance Wizard Tool ease of use; * Define, understand and analyse the business requirements to realize the program goals by conducting user focus groups and usability testing as necessary to determine requirements and measure success; * Explore potential solutions including existing Knowledge Information Tool and Accessibility Compliance Reporting; * Determine the risk/issues identified for integration options and recommend systems integration process; * Create the e-Advisory Compliance Wizard tool on the existing platform adhering to the WCAG 2.0 AA guideline; * Provide leadership and guidance regarding standards and best practices for accessibility standards; * Provide regular status updates to project managers on progress and ensure that that risk/issues are identified; * Guide and mentor project staff regarding the technical aspects of the project to designated Client's staff. .aioe{position:absolute;clip:rect(471px,auto,auto,471px);} Apply here payday loans
