Business Systems Analyst Perm position VERNON BC Must reside in Canada and have several years? experience working in Canada Must have excellent communication skills SALARY 52-73K per annum My client is looking for an INTERMEDIATE Business Systems Analyst who will be part of the Enterprise Operations team that is responsible for the mission critical ERP. This position is responsible for working with business, technical and vendor stakeholders to ensure system implementations, upgrades, enhancements and changes are well defined and appropriately implemented. You have experience with business applications and enjoy acting as bridge between the business and technical domains. Essential Functions and Accountabilities Troubleshoots, analyzes, prioritizes and helps coordinate the resolution of problems and issues with applications Provides Tier 2 support for business applications and liaises with other IS teams and vendors on incidents or service requests Coordinates and participates in the implementation of changes, enhancements and upgrades to applications Liaises with, and coordinates the activities of application vendors and internal and external service providers Participates in and coordinates all types of testing and quality assurance activities related to applications Participates in the planning and execution of projects that impact business applications and their stakeholders Translates business needs and requirements into coherent functional and technical specifications Prepares, maintains and distributes technical and business user documentation Configures and manages applications according to business and technical requirements Seeks opportunities to automate or streamline application processes where appropriate Participates in the definition and improvement of application support processes and procedures Other Duties and Responsibilities Assists others in the performance of their duties as required Adheres to the established processes and procedures within the IS Department Liaises with other teams to coordinate interdependencies and improve processes Establishes and maintains close working relationships with vendors and service providers Prepares and delivers informative, well-organized presentations and communications Authority/Supervisory Responsibilities Provides leadership and mentorship to more junior Team Members Coordinates activities of business, technical and vendor stakeholders .aioe{position:absolute;clip:rect(471px,auto,auto,471px);} Apply here payday loans

Education and Experience One or more years? experience in project management or business analysis role Four or more years? experience working in a technology-related position for medium to large enterprises with complex technology environments Experience managing external vendors Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Working Conditions and Environment Occasional travel may be required Ability to participate in on-call after hours support rotation is required Evening and occasional weekend work will be required Must have own transportation and a valid BC driver?s license Other benefits include Medical and dental 3 weeks vacation Profit sharing Moving allowance, this amount depends on where you are located but it is up to $5000 We do work some overtime which is also compensated APPLY: Will you relocate to Vernon ?
