Length: Approximate 139 workdays Respond By: March 6, 2012 Responsibilities & Deliverables: The Project Manager/Leader resource will be responsible for: 1. Reporting to the Data Centre Senior Manager or as delegated, perform activities including, but not limited to: * Coordinating application subject matter expertise in planning and validating project scope for Clusters that have applications related to a specific migration, decommissioning or move group; * Working with the Migration Stakeholder Engagement Lead and the Migration Release Coordinator to manage a detailed project plan for specific move group activities; * Controlling resources; leadership, coordination and instruction; defining timelines and monitoring progress; * Engaging cluster leads and SMEs for all clusters that are involved in a migration, to ensure a successful move group migration; * Providing input to project leads (e.g. cluster and stream) for executive status reporting; * Managing migration move groups in a move group-specific project plan, updated from a standard integrated project plan; Providing input to continuously improve future move group migrations and working with the application migration team to evolve the standard integrated project plan; 2. Execution of an integrated project plan for the new Enterprise Email Service through the build, service activation and migration phases; 3. Support projects outside of the move group migrations as required and approved by the client. Thus, the project manager will be assigned a portfolio of cluster/ITS stakeholders and may take direction for non-migration specific initiatives from other project leads, as required; 4. Project execution and control, including interaction with key stakeholders and customers, status reporting, communications, schedule management, quality management, etc; 5.
