Infinity Network Solutions Inc, along with our sister company Essential Data Services Inc, is a unique provider of application sharing and off site data backup services, and computer network consulting company, providing high level, industry leading service to a select group of businesses. You should have experience dealing with business users and selecting effective solutions. You will be expected to work the flexible hours necessary to meet the demands of our business clients. Business Casual dress Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: ?Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software. ?Network and system administration ?Support Windows servers and workstations ?Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures ?Monitor and configure remote backup and monitoring systems ?Set up local area networks and connections to internet ?Analyzing problems, troubleshooting, coordinating and implementing solutions. ?Provide problem solving services to network users via telephone, remote connection and/or onsite service (requires frequent travel within the GTA) ?Experience with Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Citrix servers is an asset Required Skills Computer and technical knowledge Experience with Windows workstations and Windows servers systems including Small Business Server, hardware, networking software, networking hardware, networking security, McAfee products, familiar with setup and maintenance of a broad range of networking equipment, including: switches, routers, firewalls, VPN gateways, and blackberries including BES Blackberry Enterprise Server. Experience with Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Citrix servers is an asset. A+, Microsoft, and Citrix certifications are an asset Soft skills ? organized, detail oriented, time management, multi?tasking, self?motivated, work with limited supervision, professional manner, friendly demeanour, strong verbal and written communication skills, and willingness to learn continuously. Must have own vehicle, valid license and be willing to travel frequently within the GTA. Education: ? High school graduate ? University education and/or industry specific training is preferred ?
