Senior Lead Developer who will segue into the role of Director of R&D after the approximate 3 to 5 month transition period. You will provide high level development and technology leadership/oversight for design and development of high performance applications. This position works closely with industry leaders, product experts and application developers to conceptualize develop and deliver the aforementioned apps. This position is also responsible for research, evaluation and recommendation of new technologies and tools/products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating them within the company's technology and solutions strategy and roadmaps; supports systems and business teams by providing support for analysis, design and architecture, being subject matter expertise in multiple technology verticals performance, scalability and benchmark and guidance/mentors to less experienced staff.
