Deadline:
1. Experience as a Programmer/Analyst in web application development
2. Expert understanding of Java, Servlet, JSP, STRUTS, XML, XSD, XSL, SQL, HTML, AJAX, Database programming (DB2, SQL Server)
3. Strong knowledge of J2EE, MQ, DB2, AIX, WebSphere, IIS, C#
4. Solid knowledge of Object Oriented design and programming
5. Solid knowledge of Web / Internet-based design, Web Services.
6. Proficient in the use of Rational Application Developer or Eclipse and Microsoft Visual Studio
7. Hands-on experience in using source control systems such as ClearCase, Visual Source Safe, or CVS
8. Familiarity of MQWF, WPS, is an asset
9. Excellent oral and written skills, both technical and business writing as well as presentation
10. Advanced organization, coaching and communications skills.
11. Must be highly self motivated with a drive to deliver and exceed expectations.
