The Business Systems Analyst will provide and advise on solutions that enable client to fully take advantage of its business systems by, where required, helping manage the planning, requirements gathering, development, implementation and quality assurance of projects across Business Systems. Members of this group will be engaged in assisting various teams (including Finance, Manufacturing, Research and Development or Organizational Development) to help build new, refine or automate existing business processes. Responsibilities: ? Requirements analysis: identify, develop, test and implement new technologies ? Identify software gaps to business functionality requirements and provide recommendations for resolution ? Develop and refine existing and proposed process analysis and documentation ? Participate in the process of defining client requirements and documenting associated application functional requirements for special projects ? ? These individuals would also need to: possess strong technical and application architecture understanding, handle fluctuating workloads, conflicting priorities and concurrent activities; have thorough understanding of key players, market dynamics, trends, issues, and vision for the future. ? Work well with diverse groups of people with a clear vision of client and business needs ? Participate on multi-disciplinary work teams to achieve successful execution of complex implementation projects ? Must have strong interpersonal skills in order to build and foster both customer and vendor relationships ? Must have strong communication skills, and be able to articulate thoughts and ideas effectively ?
