 Halogen Software requires a Systems Analyst to work with the Business Information Systems team to identify and document business requirements for the various business systems. The Systems Analyst would be in charge of the software development lifecycle including configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX. Reporting to the Manager, Business Information Systems, the Systems Analyst would be responsible for maintaining Halogen’s main business systems and related SQL Server Databases, designing reports, problem-solving with end users and assisting with other related duties. The employee will be responsible for developing integrations between corporate applications to enhance functionality. The Systems Analyst will also be assisting with the Business Intelligence project, making recommendations and problem-solving. Experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Business Intelligence Solutions is an asset. Microsoft certification would be an asset. Halogen provides excellent opportunities for professional growth and advancement.     Participate in analysis sessions with the BIS team and business users to determine application requirements for new CRM configurations and enhancements.     Perform gap analysis between business requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.     Extend capability of CRM through creation of new entities, forms, work flows and reports.     Troubleshoot incidents and issues in the CRM application and SQL server.     Perform data migration activities and ETL processes     Design and implement reports in SSRS.     Develop Integrations between main business applications utilizing Scribe and SQL procedures.     Perform business application testing of customizations.     Train business users on business applications.     Coordinate with business users to test and implement new or modified programs as needed. REQUIREMENTS :     BS/BA in Computer Science or MIS or IT related degree, or equivalent experience.     3+ years experience working on full life cycle business applications implementations.     3- 5 years experience programming in .Net and JavaScript.     3+ years experience implementing large packaged CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics) is a major asset.     Minimum of 2 years experience on SQL Server Administration, development and SQL Reporting Services     Knowledge on the native configuration and customization tools exposed from Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a major asset.     Strong conceptual, analytic and problem solving skills.     Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.     Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm     Excellent written and verbal communication skills     Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications:     Experience with Scribe or similar data integration tools.     Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.     Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Solution.     Any Microsoft certification is a major asset.     Experience with Agile methodologies an asset.
