Intermediate or Senior level Microsoft Enterprise Support. Responsibilities include managing the Windows Server 2000, 2003 and 2008 infrastructure for our HQ and branch offices. Manage our business support applications such as Exchange, Citrix, and ESX environments. Support our Microsoft networking environments and ensure proper maintenance is performed. Operate on-call after hour duties ensuring 24x7x365 coverage as needed. Responsibilities • Interface with projects on infrastructure requirements associated with his/her group • Assist with managing and improving the infrastructure processes associated with the group • Provides technical leadership for all technology changes within the infrastructure group specific to his/her area of responsibility • Assist with developing Standard Operating Procedures associated with our Windows Infrastructure • Ensures proper practice is followed for all changes within his/her area of responsibility • Suggest tools and process to enhance the availability and reliability of the Windows server environment • Ensure operational tasks are performed for the equipment he/she is responsible for. • Create and maintain logs associated with production changes to the equipment associated with the area • Subject Matter Expert with multiple windows based technologies Required Skills & Experience • 6 to 8 Years Directly Related Experience VMWare • Windows AD Administration and Management • Citrix • Work with little or no supervision • Technology leader - innovative • Solid written communication experience - design document experience Desired behaviors (at a minimum, include the FGL 5 core competencies listed below) • Builds Trust and Credibility by consistently adhering to the organization’s business principles and values.
