Inside Sales Representative – Join the Excitement Team! Our client, a leader in IT Recruitment is hiring a tech savvy Inside Sales Rep to join their team. Here is What You Will Be Doing: Within six months of hire; build a sales pipeline of accounts in the IT recruiting industry enabling you to bring in at least 3 job orders per week and close 3 new clients per month. Within the first 90 days of hire work closely with the CEO and spend as much time as required to learn sales best practices and the company’s business environment. Make 30 prospecting telephone calls per day. Reach out broadly to your network to develop sales leads. Set up and attend 3 client / prospect meetings per week. Develop and implement creative ways for identifying, qualifying and closing sales prospects. Take comprehensive job orders.. Effectively utilize Bullhorn CRM.
