HELPDESK ANALYST This is a contract position for our clients IT team in our Calgary, Alberta location. The position is equivalent to a IT On-Site Analyst and will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, support, of all IT infrastructure components   The contractor position responsibility will be as follows: ยท          Ensure laptop/desktop/printer issues are solved properly, analyzing, diagnosing and solving operating incidents. ยท          Manage IT asset lifecycle including laptop/servers/network devices inventory record keeping, maintenance, refresh, decommission, and disposal. ยท          Provide hardware repair services and follow up on hardware repairs done in house or by vendors. ยท          Assist with IT infrastructure implementations assisting Operations before and after deployment. ยท          Ensure agreed Service Support and Operational Levels and produce a monthly availability and data center KPI reports. ยท          Set up, update, and maintain operating system and software ensuring an adequate level of security.   ยท          Troubleshoot and resolve file server, storage, network, and security production problems. ยท          Recommend corrective actions in order to ensure high quality, efficient IT service performance. span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Symbol; font-size:
