About the Position: The Oracle Technology practice works to assist clients on their business transformation initiatives that drive performance improvement throughout the extended enterprise and the supporting ERP environment. Experienced in leading-practice approaches to requirements, process, data and systems analysis, our enterprise systems professionals work with our clients to address the financial, operational, human capital, technical, and compliance challenges they face when undertaking significant implementations. Key Responsibilities Thorough knowledge and understanding of Oracle EBS application based solutions with thorough experience in multiple Oracle modules. Significant experience in business development, consulting, designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading medium sized consulting engagements within the Oracle product suite. Thorough Oracle consulting knowledge with significant experience assisting clients in the implementation and support of Oracle based solutions and improving business processes. Thorough knowledge and exposure to the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors public sector, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities. Travel The position is based in Toronto, although candidates need to be receptive to travel when required. Competencies RequiredMinimum of 10+ years progressive experience in IT consulting; Minimum 6 years of experience with Oracle technologies; Proactive, takes ownership of tasks and assignments, accepts responsibility for outcomes; A Computer Science degree, or technical designation; Considerable experience and subject matter expertise with the Oracle EBS product suite leading or assisting with technical development efforts and off-shore development resources; Considerable experience designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an Oracle environment; Considerable experience designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful Oracle solutions. Areas of specialty include RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) design and development; Solid experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials; Solid experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
