The candidate will be responsible for managing the solutions integration team. The ideal candidate meets these competencies:Responsible for day to day management of integration team members Responsible for ensuring that tasks are well defined before being scheduled Responsible for ensuring that tasks are completed on time Responsible for ensuring that components are developed, integrated, tested and deployed as specified. Ensure that all second level support issues are handled Assist Integration specialists with time estimates and schedules. Ensure that every project has a deployment guide and a user guide Assist Project Managers with preparation of schedules, functional specifications and SOW. Follow-up with team members to ensure that trip plans and activity reports are completed in a timely manner Provide status to Project Management on project progress and technical issues Work with Project management to schedule resources for new and on-going projects. Develop a consistent methodology for deploying similar type projects Mentor team members on technical issues and best practices for designing templates and panels 
The ideal candidate meets these competencies:Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science 3-5 years’ experience leading a team of software engineers 3-5 year’ experience managing multiple simultaneous projects Proven track record of working with demanding customers in on-air environment Ability to host meetings within company & customers; Significant hardware video knowledge; Networking knowledge would be beneficial Knowledge of Linux & Windows OS; Excellent verbal and written communication skills Please apply today!
