We are currently seeking a Tech Support and Training person to join our Operations team located in Delta, BC. Along with our team, you will be responsible for supporting our organization’s ERP system (Rubicon) on a day to day basis as well as all upgrades and changes. Key Accountabilities:Res ponding to issues with Rubicon and determining best problem solving method in relation to the day-to-day business. Assisting employees with trouble shooting, and educate them on ways to better utilize Rubicon to their advantage Facilitate the continued use of the Rubicon Web application Data analysis to identify areas of improvement Day to day support and training to branches Assist the Rubicon Specialist with the development of documentation to support Rubicon As directed by the Rubicon Specialist, assist in testing new program enhancements or modules. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:High School Diploma required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) & Adobe Acrobat Able to travel (infrequent). Team player, self starter, detail driven, good communication skills, willingness to learn and ability to multi- task. 2-3 years previous experience providing support on an ERP system. (Preferably in distribution) Knowledge of Rubicon is a valuable asset Database knowledge is preferred Please submit your application today for consideration.
