Main Duties: 1. Provide technical expertise to factory pattern makers and designers; 2. Work with design team to submit, track and review all fabric quality, lab dips, trim & accessories; 3. Create and revising garment size specifications and graded production charts for use at production factories; 4. Ensure the line of production follows as per company's requirements; 5. Providing fit comments on prototypes; 6. Working with design team to review and comment upon development strike offs and submits as submitted by suppliers; Working closely with other team members (sourcing & designer) and suppliers to achieve goals of on-time delivery, zero quality defects and profitability; 7. Ensure Technical Packs are complete and accurate containing technical details, preferred print method, color separation details, labelling and packaging, as well as are maintained and distributed to suppliers; Criteria: 1. Knowledge of product creation calendar timeline and able to work against deadlines 2. Knowledge of factory process/equipment/techniques. 3. Strong computer knowledge, strong communication skills, ability to work autonomously 4.
