* Provide leadership and strategic vision for all aspects of buying and merchandising
* Manage Product assortment and managing product lines
* Responsible for identifying channel specific product needs.
* Initiate, plan, execute and achieve annual sales and gross margin expectations
* Communicate strategy, vision and business results
* Collaborate with business leaders
* Accountable for developing and executing strategy
* Partner with Corporate Merchandising
* Work with the Retail Leadership team
* Develop and evaluate strategies
* Partner with Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Operations
* Collaborate on in-store product placement
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
* 8+ years previous experience in a Buying or Merchandising function at a leadership level
