Senior Software Developer/Analyst Position Summary As a member of Execution Technologies practice within Hatch, this position will provide analytical, design, development, and implementation support to one or more projects within iPas Portal Applications group. iPas Portal Applications group develops and maintains a number of software applications that facilitate the execution of engineering projects for Hatch's clients. Job Responsibilities Engage with the business users to gather software requirements and lead/participate in the design of technical solutions discussions with the developers and business representatives. As a key member of the application development team, provide suggestions and ideas to the use of technologies, development and maintenance of standards, guidelines, and best practices affecting software development, code maintenance, software quality, and deployment. Prepare or assist in preparing estimates based on the functional and technical requirements. Develop and maintain in developing work plans and schedules for the implementation of the requirements. Develop and maintain leading edge custom applications based on Microsoft technologies and other third part web controls, to offer outstanding User Experience that meet or exceed expectations of our business users. Skills/Qualifications · Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate with senior management and stakeholders from different parts of the world. · Passionate about technology and employing technology and new ideas to provide outstanding user experience · Excellent team player, who can also work independently with minimal supervision · Experienced in all aspects of software development and implementation. · 7+ years of experience in designing, developing and deploying enterprise level software products within a Microsoft .NET environment.
