"As a member of the Information Systems Management Team, reporting to the Director - Global Infrastructure; the Manager's main responsibilities will be assuring the operations and continuous evolution of our Data Centers (ERP and Backend Infrastructure platforms). JOB DESCRIPTION: - Play a leading role in the establishment & execution of Global Technology Standards and Vision through a core tower team to deliver solid and reliable infrastructure platforms that respond to business requirements and initiatives. - Manage Vender Relationships: Invoicing, Scorecards, Upgrades, and Annual DRP Testing, for our hosted Enterprise Systems comprising of SAP ERP, BW, CRM, Supplier Portals, SCM, LiveCache, Dealer Portal, JDE Edwards, and our Public Websites. - Through rigorous execution, assure all components of our global infrastructure meet or exceed expected SLA's using ITIL best practices of Metrics & Performance Measurement, Process Optimization, Capacity Management, Asset & Configuration Management, Incident & Problem Management, and Change & Release Management. - Plan, prepare and manage the yearly operational budget(s) & forecast(s) along with the capital expenditures requirements for new infrastructure projects and continuous improvements initiatives. - Manage a team of approximately 8 global IT professionals: attract, retain and prepare the staff for global responsibilities and participation, conduct annual performance reviews, balance the teams' skills to assure proper depth of coverage in the different areas required. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - 5-10 years experience in Information Technology Management. - High Performance in managerial expertise with professional people skills. - Fluency in both spoken and written French and English. APTITUDES and SKILLS: - Proven leadership, project management, analytical and innovation skills. - Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. - Working knowledge of IP telecommunication concepts (voice & data). - Solid knowledge in SAP Landscapes & Microsoft technologies. - Clearly demonstrated communication & motivational skills. - Motivator.
