Our client is recruiting for a Blackberry Operations Engineer Specialist. Skills Required: Excellent Communication Skills & Ability to work in a demanding environment,. Skills: NetApp Storage Unix The Blackberry Operations Engineer Specialist will assist the NetApp Global Support (“GS”) team and Customer, in the coordination of resources and activities for diagnostic and break-fix activities in relation to any software issues at various Customer Sites. This includes: coordination between Customer’s onsite personnel and the GS team, in order to facilitate the provision of remote diagnostics, entry into Customer’s facility, parts delivery and break-fix personnel coordination. The Blackberry Operations Engineer Specialist will provide project management and project execution work as required by Customer which includes the following, without limitation: Filer installations; Hardware upgrades and additions; Data ONTAP and firmware upgrades and recommendations; DFM installation and upgrades; Filer monitoring using DFM; Onsite diagnostics and replacement of hardware components;  GS team coordination;  Test planning and execution;  Participation in regularly scheduled reviews with Customer; and  Documentation of NetApp storage environment at Customer Sites.   Technical Requirements: Expertise in Unix, Linux, Sun Solaris, HP UX, Netapp and/or IBM “N” Series   Jeff Goldstein jgoldstein@proforce.ca   .aioe{position:absolute;clip:rect(471px,auto,auto,471px);} Apply here payday loans
