- Post-Secondary education in computer technology or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge and experience in the support of:
- Windows 2008 Server, SBS Server 2011, Windows Hyper-V Server 2008
- Exchange Server 2010 / 2003
- BES
- Terminal Services, VPNs
- Firewalls, Security, ISA
- PC Hardware
- Windows 7, XP
- MS Office and other common business applications
- Internet / Networking
- Well organized, deadline oriented and able to work both alone and in team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
