A Bachelor’s Degree
A minimum of 5+ years of proven work experience
Strong creative problem solving skills and a proven ability to innovate
Exceptional research and analytical skills
Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
An overall passion to be a key contributor and create products that truly WOW customers and improve their lives
Mid to senior level experience working with network protocols and applications (IP/TCP/UDP)
C/C++ and Object Oriented Design and Development expertise
Experienced Linux developer - working with a high performance Linux appliance in the past is a plus.
Exposure to applications such as tcpdump, WireShark and other network protocol analysis and testing tools
Network programming and Multi-threaded programming experience
Deep understanding of IP protocols and experience developing solutions in one or more of the following areas: Web Services, VoIP, Streaming Media, p2p, Instant Messaging, multiplayer network gaming, vpn, application servers, proxy servers
