Marketing Service Representative assists the Sales Director and Account Executive in managing communication with dealerships and retailers. This position works closely with their teams to improve the program/product offerings and identify potential sales opportunities. This position requires demonstrated organizational and communication skills that drive business results in the areas of client/account management. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: - 2-3 years of project management support experience in the marketing services field, automotive client preferred. - Ideally Bilingual in English and French - Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, advertising or related field. - Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams - Ability to develop to work independently or with little supervision - An understanding of data management processes preferred - Ability to help initiate and/or re-engineering of marketing processes - Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced retail team environment - Ability to manage changing priorities - Exceptional Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Experience with Access, Visio, Project, Adobe a plus SKILLS: - Demonstrates understanding of interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, project management and verbal and written communication skills - Works well in team oriented and independent environments - Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities - Ability to conflict resolution within challenging environments both with clients and internal operations - Ability to learn new technologies, methodologies and approaches JOB DUTIES: - Maintain daily relationship with assigned regions, dealer/retailers, sales director and account manager - Perform daily maintenance for all par dealers and newly enrolled dealers in programs for assigned region - Facilitate monthly par calls to all enrolled dealerships for all programs - Execute sales of integrated and national campaigns - Assist in the design and deployment of dealer campaigns. - Complete monthly check price for all programs   Jeff Goldstein jgoldstein@proforce .aioe{position:absolute;clip:rect(471px,auto,auto,471px);} Apply here payday loans
