Length: Approximately 125 workdays Respond By: September 24, 2012 Responsibilities & Deliverables : ````````````````````````````````````````````````` * Review and analyze the content of the Configuration Management Requests (CMRs); * Work collaboratively with stakeholder teams across the organization in order to expedite processing of CMRs; * Coordinate and conduct daily CMR meetings to facilitate the approval of CMRs; * Coordinate and participate in weekly production promotion meetings to facilitate the final approval of CMRs for production installation; *   Process, track and monitor CMRs to facilitate the implementation of configuration management changes using an automated tool (TeamTrack); *   Assist in identifying proposed changes that require the submission of a Request for Change (RFC) to ESC Change Advisory Board (CAB); * Identify, document and address deviations from established processes and procedures; prepare impact and risk analyses; * Manage, monitor and control environment refresh activities; *   Prepare and control internal documentation in order to ensure its currency and compliance with government standards, processes, procedures and best practices; *   Develop and/or maintain access control matrices; * Provide administration and technical support of PVCS (Polytron Version Control System) system by performing such tasks as:   ~ Creating and maintaining PVCS project spaces;   ~ Ensuring that metadata is current;   ~ Assigning privileges;   ~ Creating user accounts;   ~ Providing training to PVCS users;   ~ Performing regular maintenance duties;   ~ Resolving technical issues; and s

Mandatory: * 5-9 years of practical experience in configuration management, specifically related to the following:   a) processing CMRs and managing environments for a complex ERP application;    b) providing user support in ERP environment;   c) developing and implementing the Configuration Management process and supporting procedures, and related service improvements, in an ERP environment; and   d) preparing and presenting impact and risk analyses, and business cases related to CMRs * A minimum three years of experience administering Version Manager (PVCS); * A minimum one year of experience administering TeamTrack; * 5-9 years of experience in UNIX shell scripting and SQL programming.
