As a project manager (w Scrum Master cert), you will act as leader for the evolution of certain web properties within the highly visible portfolio of properties that our client manages from both a strategic and tactical point of view, as well as manage requests, new opportunities and schedules related to these websites. Responsibilities: - Manage a multidisciplinary production team, including programmers and graphic designer. - Ensure quality of the websites you support, keep content updated, source or add content partners as needed. - Manage relationships with content providers nationally. - Ensure seamless integration between different platforms (Web and Video). - Create synergies with other teams/divisions when necessary. - Coordinate upgrades and content refresh initiatives in both French and English. - Perform quality assurance on our web properties on a regular basis and coordinate bug fixes with the development teams. - Prime data analysis and industry benchmarking for the websites supported. - Get feedback from users, analyse the data and adjust strategies accordingly. - Work with your peer content specialists to deliver cross-platform projects. Qualifications Required experience/competencies - Bachelor degree in marketing, information technology or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a position related to the web or new media. - Good analytical and project management skills. - Excellent capacity to manage time and priorities. - 100% bilingual (French and English). - Good understanding of the web world. Understanding of Web jargon and trends: PHP, HTML, Flash, Web 2.0, Social networking, CSS, video, and high traffic sites streaming. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Required personal skills - Creative, interested in new technologies, learning and improving tools and processes. - Results-oriented and enjoys data analysis. - Professional, team player and good communicator both in writing and verbally. - Detail oriented, organized and productive. - Able to handle many priorities and tasks at the same time. - Proactive and able to work with little supervision. - Motivated, up for challenges and demonstrates a positive attitude. - Flexible and comfortable in working under tight schedules.
