• Prepare scheduling and RFC's for releases to be implemented as part of the Onboarding initiative. • Prepare project plans, prepare estimates of cost and schedule. • Prepare and execute Integrated System Test (IST) strategy, plan and test cases. Validate test results and ensure system meets documented requirements. • Work with QAT Team to develop user acceptance test plans. Provide support to the UAT function and participate in UAT problem log review meetings. • Provide input to project status and progress reports to client and Sr. Management • Provide production support, including off-hour when required. • Provide mentoring and coaching on best practices.
