Title: Senior SAP HR Consultant Job Description: Requirements:     5+ years of experience in one or more HCM modules in  version SAP ECC 6.0     Experience in Portal based Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service     Experience in a functional/technical support or project implementation capacity     Experience in the planning and execution of SAP support packs and version upgrades     In-depth knowledge/experience of full life-cycle rollouts of SAP HR/Payroll     Significant functional Global Human Resource experience     Experience with managing projects in the functional area of Human Resources     Extensive knowledge of functional consulting and business processes     Strong understanding of Human Resource functions/processes.     Skilled at communicating business concepts to technical and non-technical personnel     Team player with flexibility to handle changing project scopes and deadlines     Strong consultative and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, with the ability to communicate with all management levels. Responsibilities: ยท Manage projects in the functional area of Human Resources ยท Maintain awareness of current and emerging solutions to the existing software and recommend tools to increase the value of existing solutions. ยท Develop, design, implement and maintain system integrity of HCM SAP functionality, configuration and related processes ยท Handle the tasks of implementing, upgrading and extending existing SAP HR applications ยท Interact with members of Human Resources and the technical resources to deliver system solutions ยท Communicate with key users regarding the work progress, issues and information regarding planned and potential new functionality. ยท Provide advice on system or business process changes; collaborate with Human Resource to identify problematic processes that need improvement. ยท Investigate/research potential solutions to meet business requirements ยท Anticipate and identify issues, developed recommendations and courses of action which were consistent with business objectives and functional requirements ยท Gather business requirements, conduct analysis of needs and system functionality, develop and implement related procedures and conduct user training. ยท Identify and document root causes for inefficiency / areas of opportunity (as a result of interviewing users, creating process maps, etc.) ยท Perform the appropriate unit, integration and regression tests to ensure the new functionality works as planned and existing processes continue uninterrupted. ยท Work with new implementation projects to seamlessly integrate the new functionality into the existing design of processes, business rules and configuration ยท Provide direction and supervision to external consultants.
