My client (one of the world's largest social game companies) is recruiting for a Senior / Lead Game Designer that can be both an amazing game designer and a hands-on creative team member. Someone that can lead and mentor a group of talented designers and developers. You will collaborate with producers and creative director to lead the development of new game features and systems. Work on complex game economies and systems Work with metrics team Evaluate daily feedback and analytics Adjust game designs accordingly Stay current on industry trends & best practices in game design REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years of game design experience with a focus on casual / social / mobile games.
