Lincoln has a global work force of more than 9,000.   ?POSITION REQUIREMENTS (Summary)   To report to the Director of Finance on an ongoing basis and communicate all relevant matters pertaining to information systems design, control and administration. To assist all departments in any new information systems design, report design or installation of controls. To counsel and train all departments on proper systems use. To maintain information systems on an ongoing basis. To continually contribute to the profitability of the company and ongoing business operations by initiating, recommending and implementing continuous improvement strategies and initiatives. To ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA regulations and any other Company Compliance requirements. To cooperate and assist the IT Manager whenever necessary. To coordinate and communicate with Information Systems personnel in the parent company on matters related to our Company and assist where necessary. To provide services on all matters regarding costing and cost maintenance. To maintain Master Data within SAP. To provide client user support for all information systems in Canada. To respond to all queries from all departments in matters pertaining to information systems. To frequently update internal control documentation. To assist in coordinating any internal or external financial/Sarbanes-Oxley audit work. To assist in the coordination of all physical inventories conducted at Canadian plant locations, including the analysis and reporting of results. To conduct and general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required by the Controller in a timely and professional manner. Some travel required on an as needed basis. ? POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: University degree Accounting designation preferred but not required More than 5 years of SAP Master Data experience Financial management experience required Detail oriented self-starter and team-player with excellent oral and written communications, and multi-tasking skills.
