•            A Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science •            Strong understanding of coding languages and tools including but not limited to C++, VB, XML, Windows .NET, C# developer or VB.NET •            Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions •            Knowledge of established programming procedures and programming languages •            Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications •            Ability to determine computer problems and to coordinate hardware and/or software solutions •            Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications •            Ability to communicate with and interpret the operational requirements of end users •            Knowledge of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes •            Ability to write stable, efficient code and work within set timeframes •            Ability to provide accurate estimates •            Ability to apply principles and techniques of computer science to development projects •            Experience on Windows OS (95/98/2000/XP/NT) an asset •            DirectX experience •            Device driver development experience •            Experience with real-time and embedded systems •            Experience with source code control systems (MKS) •            Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows 95/98/2000/XP/NT/CE, OS/2 etc.) •            Architectural Design Experience •            Test Driven Development Experience   This role is in London Ontario on a 12 month contract.
