Our client is currently looking for an IT Manager to manage the IT needs both wholesale and retail within their VSL head office. Responsibilities: * Supervision of IT staff and external service-providers * Ensure staff and service providers deliver the best IT infrastructure that focuses on aligning IT services to the needs of the organization * IT Management of the retail and wholesale distribution * Developing the IT strategy, determine and articulate impact, benefits, set goals, measure, priorities, manage delivery, * Analyze, recommend and implement IT standards, policies, best practices and make recommendations * IT Infrastructure - involvement in the conduct of specialized and complex analysis for enhancing and upgrading existing systems, researching, assessing impact and effectiveness for retail and distribution systems. * IT Software Implementation -- implement software within targeted departments through planning, design, development and deployment of new application modules and enhancements to existing applications * IT Reporting * Manage security levels, standards and policies, * Management of all IT related technology infrastructure and services * Coach, train, and develop employees Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Information Technology Manager Expert Ability to acknowledge and resolve challenges Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.   Jeff Goldstein jgoldstein@proforce.ca .aioe{position:absolute;clip:rect(471px,auto,auto,471px);} Apply here payday loans
