Responsibilities: - This senior level manager will coordinate and direct staff in the preparation negotiation and administration of domestic customer bids and contracts - These bids and contracts will define the responsibilities of the various parties satisfy customer concerns minimize company risk and comply with all company policies - The position is also responsible to ensure management is aware and agrees to the assumption of risk - This position will also be responsible to review process flow and make recommendations for process improvements - Develop contract terms conditions and contractual strategy of the most complex contracts - Negotiates the most complex contracts and contract administration issues - Manages the coordination of contract finalization with Legal Insurance Tax and other applicable departments as required - Manages develops monitors follows-up and reports on administrative systems in support of all contract drafts modifications amendments and agreements ensure awareness of risk assumption in accordance with the contractual strategy - Successfully defines work flows jobs and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness - Develops and manages departmental budgets and/or business plans - Analyzes effectiveness of policies/products and establishes future direction for functional policies and programs or products that affect the sector as a whole - Aligns policies/products with sector strategies - Identifies resource needs with significant influence on approval of identified needs - Troubleshoots and resolves most complex problems within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas Qualifications: - A university degree Finance contracts/risk management focus would be ideal - 10 years and a proven track record in risk management and or contracts management environment - Proven track record in leading teams - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent analytical and legal drafting skills - Strong understanding of contract governance - Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a large number of diverse internal groups working as a team player - Ability to find creative solutions to contractual issues to reach resolution taking a pragmatic commercial approach to balancing legal risks against business interests - A demonstrated ability to work efficiently meet demanding deadlines and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong risk assessment and financial skills - Strong background in team development coaching and change management - Bilingualism French/English is an asset   Jeff Goldstein jgoldstein@proforce.ca .aioe{position:absolute;clip:rect(471px,auto,auto,471px);} Apply here payday loans
