Emerald Technology Ventures Leads $6.3 Million Financing in SDCmaterials
Zurich-Montreal, June 26, 2007SDCmaterials, Inc., the technology leader in nano enhanced products and nano materials today
announced the closing of its Series A financing. The $6.3 million financing round was led by
Emerald Technology Ventures and included investments from BASF Venture Capital GmbH,
Germany, and private investors. "We are very pleased to have won Emerald and BASF as well as the two private groups as
