Nicer Canada Corporation Announces New Product for Internet Protocol TV

Vancouver, BC, December 5, 2006--(T-Net)--Glopex Networks Inc, a division of Nicer Canada Corp. (TSXV-NC), announced today the launch of its new product - IPTV. It takes place at Canadian Pavilion/ITU, the world's largest telecommunication exhibition in Hong Kong December 4th to December 8th.

The newly launched IPTV will be a turn-key product for many TV operators to provide HDTV without spending huge amount of investment at very low bandwidth. Glopex's IPTV set top box use its propriotary low bandwidth compression technology ranging from 300K ~2.5mbps (the lowest bandwidth required in the market) to produce high quality interactive contents in its IPTV channels, its features includes participate in the games, using internet browser and watch video by using it's remote controller.

Glopex is also displaying other IP products such as IP PBX, IP Phone, WiFi Phone, DVB-T and Gateway at stand 2003.009 in the exhibition hall 2.
