Builders Watch IMS, by HomeNet - is a New Crime Prevention Tool for New Home Builders and Construction Associations

Mark Dumont, the Calgary Police Service's Builders Watch liaison officer says, "As new home sales and commercial developments boom in Calgary, theft and damage at these sites is increasing dramatically." The Builders Watch Portal will make tracking and analysis measurably more effective by making it easier for builders to report crimes and criminal activities that may otherwise go unreported.

The Builders Watch Portal uses 'drill-down' Intelligence to deliver data on crime trends and patterns. It complements current CPS reporting requirements. The Builders Watch Portal is a free tool for New Home Builders and Construction Associations.

The software incorporates an easy registration form for new members, along with a customized data entry form that includes all the necessary information about the loss or damage that the new home builder is reporting.
