Nephsystem Technologies has released 2.45GHz Active RFID Ultra-Rugged (IP67) Personnel tag
Vancouver, BC- Nephsystem Technologies, a leading provider of radio frequency identification (“RFID”) technology, announced today that it has released 2.45GHz Active RFID Ultra-Rugged (IP67) Personnel tag. The Personnel tag is intended for use with all personnel security and access applications such as dynamic mustering and health and safety compliance, or on non-metal assets. The tag is designed to endure exposure to extreme environmental conditions. Coupled with its new infrastructure products, a system that enables tracking, location and security of inventory and other assets placed in areas exposed to extremes of weather conditions and physical stress can now be offered.
The NephSystem Technologies’s NSAT-701 2.45GHz Active RFID Personnel tag is an active tag that continuously transmits a unique ID number, which can be detected and decoded by NephSystem’ NSAR-800 active reader. It uses advanced 0.13um CMOS IC technology and provides ultra-low power consumption, ensures longer battery life (up to 5 years) at higher rates of transmission. The NSAT-701 tags unique anti-collision feature allows for a simultaneous read of up to 200 tags with NephSystem’s NSAR-800 active reader. It is ideally used for Security or Personnel Tracking applications or Asset Management, etc.
NephSystem Technologies's NSAT-701 2.45GHz Active RFID Ultra-Rugged (IP67 rated) Personnel tag is able to continuously transmit a unique ID number at a 0.5 second of beaconing timeframe, the transmitted data can be detected and decoded by NephSystem’ NSAR-800 active reader. The tag uses advanced 0.13um CMOS IC technology so that it provides ultra-low power consumption, plus its internal 750mAh lithium battery, it ensures longer battery life (up to 5 years) than any other brand of active RFID tag. With its heavy duty IP67 rated design, NSAT-701 tags are quite suitable for any harsh environment where requires water and dust proof, wide range of temperature, etc.
