Rand Secure Archive Delivers Fully Integrated Solution with Microsoft Office 365

Framingham, MA – September 6, 2012 — Rand Worldwide (OTCBB: RWWI), a global leader in providing technology solutions to organizations with engineering design and information technology requirements, announced that their Rand Secure Archive division has fully implemented a secure, cloud-based data archiving, storage and eDiscovery system for 50 plus offices of parent company Rand Worldwide.

Built upon Autonomy’s IDOL enterprise class platform, this Rand Secure Archive agreement includes designing and implementing a flexible solution that incorporates the more than 400 staff across three continents using Microsoft Office 365’s hosted email platform and a vast array of other engineering and project management software applications.

When compared to competitors, Rand SA provides faster, more advanced search capability and eDiscovery tools, as well as more convenient user access to archived data. In addition, Rand Secure Archive’s deduplication capabilities will allow Rand Worldwide to reduce their overall storage footprint by approximately 50 percent.
